Returns

We endeavour to make sure the products you order arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition.  This must be within 14 days of receipt and boxed, unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact, if applicable.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us by Email of your intention to cancel within 7 days of delivery.  After notification we will Email you a Returns Form that must be returned with the goods.

How to return a product

To return a product, please contact our Returns Centre by Emailing info@capricefragrances.co.uk, quoting your Web Order Number and the product(s) that you wish to return and the reason for the return.  Items no longer required must be complete, unused and in original condition including original packaging and all accessories (Gift vouchers, free gifts etc) and in a re-sellable condition.  You will be refunded the full Invoice amount less cost of delivery.  Faulty products will be replaced upon receipt of the faulty item and your postage refunded. 
We will not accept any product that is incomplete or not in a re-sellable/usable condition unless it is faulty.  Items returned to us not in re-sellable/unusable condition may be returned to you and may incur additional postage charges.

How and when refunds are processed

Full refund of the cost of the goods is subject to the above conditions being met and the refund will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns Centre to check for completeness and correct product return. Once the return is processed we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 business days of our receiving your return.
