Ordering online

Add your chosen product to your shopping basket and simply fill in the order form at the “checkout”. You will be asked for your name and home address (please note, to prevent fraud, this must be the same as the address registered with the credit or debit card you use). We suggest you print and keep a copy of your order. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and giving you details of how to access the status of your order. Please alert us immediately if you receive our order confirmation and it differs from your original order.

Quantity Restriction

Please note that we are only able to supply a maximum of three of each product in any order.

Ordering and paying for online orders at capricefragrances.co.uk is both safe and secure. Security is one of the greatest fears when placing online orders and we as a company have invested in a totally secure and safe site for you to shop. Once you checkout, we encrypt all your credit card details using internet standard encryption technology (SSL)
If the site is secure a padlock will appear in the bottom right hand section of your screen when you are on the credit card entry page. Occasionally, the padlock will not be visible but the page will be still be secure. If you do not see the padlock, you can check by right-clicking anywhere on the page (except on an image) and select Properties.  If the URL starts https: the ‘s’ indicates that the page is secure.
