Q: Will I have to pay VAT on my purchases from you?

A: No. We pre-pay VAT, if applicable, on all products entering the UK. This policy ensures that there is no extra cost to you over and above the price that you see on your order and also avoids any delays at customs.

Q: How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

A: All orders that we receive will be with you within 5 working days.  Not withstanding constraints caused by post-office limitations, general acts of god, etc. we will deliver on time.

Q: I live outside of the UK, how much import duty will I be required to pay?

A: You will need to contact your country's authorities and enquire with them. In most countries we expect that you can still make a significant saving.

Q: How much will I have to pay for post and packaging if I live in the UK or the Channel Islands?

A. We charge £2.95 for deliveries made to the UK and the Channel Islands irrespective of the number of products you purchase.

Q: How much will I have to pay for post and packaging if I live outside the UK?

A: For deliveries outside the UK and Channel Islands the charges for post and packaging are:
Standard Europe – £5.95
Standard Worldwide - £9.95
