Delivery Charges

We charge £2.95 for deliveries made to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands irrespective of the number of products you purchase.  For deliveries outside the UK and Channel Islands the charges for packing and postage are:
Standard Europe – £5.95
Standard Worldwide - £9.95
The delivery charge will be added to the total cost and shown at the Checkout when you pay for your order.

Delivery times

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your order is placed during a Weekend or Bank Holiday however, this will be processed on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday 6.00am to 5.00pm. For UK and Channel Island customers, we endeavour to have your order delivered to you within 3-5 working days.  If you live outside the UK, delivery times may vary.  Delivery is made by 1st Class Royal Mail Post. Please note, this is not a guaranteed service and all delivery times are estimates only. We are unable to guarantee any delivery dates or times as delays may occur that are outside our control.

What to do if the delivery is delayed

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive after 14 days we will replace your original order or missing items.  For all delivery enquiries please contact our Customer Care Team at info@capricefragrances.co.uk
Please note that although parcels are normally despatched at the same time, parcels may not arrive at the same time.  In some cases, parcels may be too large to fit through a standard Letterbox and could be taken back to the local Sorting Office for collection or accepted by a neighbour. Please check these possibilities first before requesting a reissue.

How the VAT saving affects your delivery

Please note that some orders may be split into multiple parcels to ensure that the packaged amount does not exceed £18.
